He'd been here before and did a good job, reasonable price, agreeable fellow, got me out of a jam. Installed new water pump, I called the manufacturer about using something other than the recommended seal he used, he wouldn't change it. This time left work unfinished, installed the intake pipe in downstairs toilet but not new style flapper I ordered. Didn't fix lavatory faucet and handles downstairs, didn't do anything in upstairs bathroom that needed faucet cleaned,toilet had problems as did septic, some leaks coming from kitchen ceiling below bathroom, hot and cold water plastic tube so faucets read the proper H and C, no estimate for non-working bathtub faucet and stuck drain. Took pipe off that held heat tape, didn't put on the new pipe, luckily I found that before it froze. I paid him in full and he said he'd send a copy of the bill. That was Feb. 2012, I'm' still waiting. Saw him at Walmart in August 2012 on a Friday, told him about unfinished work and the bill, he seemed surprised and said he'd come over the next day. I'm still waiting. At the reasonable hourly rate he quoted, the bill seemed high. He's a good guy and I'd still use his services, but had to grade him on not knowing what the bill details are, not getting the bill to me and not coming the day after I saw him at Walmart.
