Terrible. We were new to the town and they were the first name that popped up when we Googled Real Estate. Talked to them and they said they found the "perfect" home for us. Turned out to be a real lemon. Said the water was "the best you've ever seen", but I had to spend $1500 to triple filter and soften the water before you could even shower in it. The house is off-grid, but they said power would be connected within "two months". After 6 months, it was "by spring". Then after the summer, "in ten days". Still no power 16 months after the purchase. And that is just the little stuff. There's bigger issues that I can't talk about here. The point is that after a year, we are out $64,000 in materials and $36,000 in labor just to make this house livable... AND THIS IS A BRAND NEW HOME!! Then, we tried to sell our house with them. They were unprofessional in their manner, refused to accept an offer on the house without discussing it with us, and, in general, had a disregard for our wishes as customers. It was a very disheartening, frustrating experience all the way through. They were dishonest, unprofessional, and unreliable.
