PRECISION FLOORS

I contacted Precision Floors for a quote on purchasing and installing a new floor with LVP and carpet. The owner, Frank Calabro, answered my questions and provided a very reasonable quote for both. Ultimately, I decided to place an order for carpet which was several hundred dollars less through him than with a competitor for the same carpet. I found Frank to be very straight forward and a pleasure to deal with. What particularly impressed me was that he showed up with his installers to make sure the job was started correctly, then returned later in the day to make sure that everything was satisfactory. That kind of personal involvement seems rare these days and was much appreciated. The carpet incidentally was as promised and looks great!

Precision Floors is amazing to work with. Frank installed a luxury vinyl floor tile over the existing floor in our Kitchen. The previous owner had installed a high gloss white 24" square porcelain tile floor. The floor was cracked in a number of places (despite the obvious expense that was put into the install), showed every spec of dirt and looked dated. Precision Floor's LVT install gave our Kitchen a huge face lift. It's very hard to differentiate from a polished concrete floor. The seams are undetectable except in direct light at certain times of the day. While other installers expressed concern about going over the existing high gloss porcelain floor, Frank knew exactly what prep material to use and assured us that the install would be a success. He was 100% right! The best thing about Precision Floors is the knowledge that we were working directly with the owner of a local small business and the personal attention that Frank offered. We hope to find the opportunity work with Precision again in the near future.
