Floorcraft Carpet Company

It was an incredibly smooth process starting with my first phone call, a visit by Sal to my mom's home to measure and show my trusted home care aide some carpet samples. The color the aide and Sal selected was sent as a photo to me and it looked good. But whom am I to question a carpet choice if it's being decided by a woman and a carpet guy!!!! I then spoke with Sal again after he had his measurements costed out and he gave me a reasonable total installed price. About 3 weeks later the carpet was installed while I was visiting mom from California. Like I said, it was all a smooth process and the carpet looks fantastic.

It went great. They came out and took measurements and we had our floors in by the end of the week. They were really friendly. They cleaned up and left it spotless. They were very professional and very quick.

My husband an I have recently had a major home renovation. The new master bedroom needed carpeting. It's a fairly large room. I stopped by Floorcraft to find something attractive, but affordable. The woman who met me when I walked in (Susan) suggested I take a look at the remnants because I did not want wall to wall. There were many to choose from. I described the new paint color in the room and the general color rug I was interested in. Susan was very helpful in immediately directing me to what she thought would fit the bill. I narrowed the choices down to two. One of the carpets was of expensive quality, the other was far less expensive (but not nearly as plush.) I took 2 sample sizes of the carpets home to compare. I was really torn. Having just finished the renovation, funds are low. Susan spoke with the owner and he offered me the higher quality carpet at a really do-able price (especially considering the large size of the room.) When you order a remnant it needs to be bound. The binding was included in the price. It even included a runner of the carpet for the entrance to the room. Another employee came by my house soon after our arranged price and measured for a more precise and accurate cut. The rug was delivered that weekend. I did not pay the entire cost until I received the rug and was satisfied. It looked great and I was thrilled. It is very thick and plush underfoot. It's perfect for a bedroom where you're walking barefoot. Floorcraft did me an additional favor. There was some carpet leftover from the cut that was left with me. I realized the piece perfectly fit a spot in front of the bathroom. The owner suggested I drop it back off at the store and he would bind it for free-which he did. I was so pleased! The entire experience was very pleasant (from the choosing, delivering and payment.) I felt prompted to write a review for other angie's list members.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. THEY DID EVERYTHING VERY QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. EVERYTHING WAS CLEANED UP WHEN THEY WERE DONE.
