 + -1 moreOffice staff and techs are courteous, polite and Covid Careful with in-home work. They also provided a very reasonable estimate for a home generator. Will definitely use again and recommend.

Description of Work: Service was very prompt and knowledgable about how to fix the problem. I searched within a 5 mile radius. Spoke to the serviceman directly. He was here within 10 minutes. I told him the problem and he immediately went to work and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. Would definitely call them again.

Description of Work: I have been using Duro Electric for the past 7 years and have always gotten excellent, quality service. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. However, this past month, due to them being extremely busy and people on vacation, I had to compromise and wait a while before a new motor for my attic fan which they installed two years ago came in. Sue the receptionist is a sweetheart, and put up with my constant calling but eventually the motor came in and was installed immediately in their usual efficient way.

 + -1 moreI was not happy with them. My understanding was that the problem was with the plug-in, but they went straight into the wall. I had to ask them to come back and do the same job again and they charged me again another $400 to do the same job. I am not pleased with that at all. Their work was fine, but I don't understand why they charged me again for that. I did not have any other problem with them though. I can't say the quality of the job was good because they had to come back and do the same job. I don't think I will use them again.
Description of Work: I used Duro Electrical Contracting few weeks ago to check the connection of the oven.

 + -1 moreIt was great. They are very good. They are reasonable. They know how to do it. They were prompt. They came in with enough people to do the job. We had a light in the garage we and wanted to put in two spotlights. They knew how to rewire a single light bulb to handle two.
Description of Work: They upgraded our service. They put the meter on the side of the house. They put in a new circuit in the bathroom so it would’t overload. The installed an outside porch light. They had to route it around the deck. I plan to put in an AC unit on the porch so they had to put in a new 220 line.
