I booked Castle Driveway in September. They told me they would call the night before they were going to come. I called them about 4 times, each time was assured that they would get the job done before winter. They did offer one date, the day before Halloween, but I could not have them come then because there would be hudreds of children to keep off the driveway the next day! On Friday, November 13 they called me and said the season is over and they weren't coming. Now my driveway will be in terrible disrepair from the winter, and I cannot find another company as it is too late. When I posted this experience on a Mom's board in my town two people told em they did the same thing to them. It seems that they are purposely over booking and then leaving people in the lurch when it is too late to hire another company.

They paved my driveway....horrible job. My driveway needed to be sealed, very simple and basic job. They filled the cracks by "ribboning". It is so thick that if you step on it your footprint will be imprinted. Also it looks awful for a driveway that should be blackpaved evenly to have this look. I am embarrassed each time I look at it. We reached out to owner, very arrogant and rude. Also wrote a letter along with my payment of how disattified I was and no follow-up or comment. I paid even though I was not satifisfied because I am not a deadbeat. Don't use them!!!!

I asked Bill to get me a price on seal coating my driveway, he was very nice to deal with, showed up and gave me a price before he left I booked with him and he and a helper showed up on time, cut in around the edges and spray coated my driveway wit h sealer, it looks great and I am very happy with it. Thanks Bill
