Buglione was recommended by two people after frustration trying to find someone on our own. Great work, was patient with our endless questions and did great work (every little thing has a label on it - love it!).

Description of Work: Mr. Buglione is a good plumber. His work is very good and he is very neat. I was always pleased with his work until the last job he did for me which was to install a house water filter. His work was as good as ever but when I got the bill, I felt it was extremely out of line. I know for a fact that the filter unit cost no more than $100 and that he was at our home for 1 1/2 hours at a rate of $145 an hour. We received a bill for $706 with no further explanation. I asked for a break out of the services and received an invoice for $425 in parts, plus labor. I just paid the bill but I won't use him again.

 + -1 moreIt turns out that the zone valve had to be replaced because it was gunked up due to antifreeze in the pipes. Steve showed me several components where corrosion was starting to occur, and explained what would need to be done in order to correct the problem and prevent corrosion going forward (I'm waiting for an estimate for this work). He answered all of my questions clearly and patiently. He and his assistant were very professional and definitely knew their stuff. The woman at their office who answers the phone and schedules appointments was very polite and organized.
Description of Work: Steve replaced a zone valve on my water heater, and also inspected the rest of my heating system to figure out why a zone valve on a 4-year-old system would burn out.

 + 0 moreThe owner came within a reasonable time to look at the project but it took 10 days to 2 weeks for the office to send out the quote. It was sent by mail and it was really high. The owner said they were busy so I don't think they wanted the job. The owner was very polite when he was here for the estimate and I have heard good things about his work but it was a little frustrating that it took so long to get the estimate. I would try them again and he has a good reputation.
Description of Work: I used Buglione Plumbing & Heating to give me an estimate to install plumbing for a new shower. The quote was also for installing baseboard heating for about 600 square feet.

When installing the water heater, they were efficient, polite and hard-working. I had questions a few days after the installation and they returned my calls promptly and answered them. Everything works very well. The woman who schedules the appointments in the office is very polite and professional.

 + -1 moreSteve and his assistant Wilson appeared exactly on time as scheduled. They did excellent work and left not a shred of debris behind. This is the fourth time I've used Buglione Plumbing and I will continue to do so indefinitely. You can't get better quality work than this!
