 + 0 moreThe floors look great. The new floors match our old hardwood floors in the house just a little shinier. Johnny and his crew were professional, punctual and did a great job.
Description of Work: Johnny and his guys ripped out the carpet and installed hardwood floors in two rooms. Johnny also ripped out the baseboard that we want to change. Johnny finished the floors to match our existing hardwood floors.

Description of Work: $2300 for sanding and 3 coats of oil based polyurethane on about 900 ft2 was a bit more than I originally expected, however, my floors really were in pretty bad shape...

He was professional, personable AND his estimate came in at almost HALF the price of 2 other estimates! They started the job exactly when we were scheduled for, completed it on time and brought my 90 yr old hardwood floors back to life. They look really great, I can't see how anyone could have done a better job...Thanks a million John! T and J Hardwood Flooring is the real deal and I definitely recommend them.
