+ -1 moreMy initial call was returned within an hour and an appointment for an estimate was set for the following day. The gentleman never showed up. When two hours had elapsed after the appointed time, I phoned and left a message. He never returned my second call. I got somebody else to prune my trees.
Description of Work: He was supposed to give me an estimate for cutting down one tree and pruning some others.
