 + -1 moreTHEIR CRAFTSMANSHIP WAS GOOD, BUT THEIR RESPONSIVENESS AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT LEFT MUCH TO BE DESIRED. IT WAS THE LACK OF RESPONSIVENESS WHEN WE WOULD CALL. EVEN THOUGH THE JOB WAS FINALLY COMPLETED IT TOOK A WHILE TO GET A HOLD OF THEM AGAIN.
