I was very happy with the quality of Steven's work. He was very professional and gave me great tips in products to use and methods to employ on different types of stains. I have a cat who on occasions has an accident and their are certain ways to remove pet stains. Most interesting is plain old vinegar can eliminate odors. I would recommend Carpet Clean.
