Hire these people immediately! They performed some sort of powerful magic cleaning - quietly and professionally - and my house and I both breathed a gigantic sigh of relief. They have the right equipment, the right cleaning products, the required expertise and a wonderful attitude. I'll be continuing to use their services and recommending them to anyone and everyone. They're a local small business - the best!

TLDR: Hired Them to do deep clean. Damaged Tub. Refused to take responsibility. Do not hire! I hired Westchester Cleaning Services through Amazon Home Services. I had purchased the cleaning house service for 5 hours. In the original email I sent them, I told them that I wasn?t sure it would take 5 hours to clean my house (might be longer or shorter), but I was looking for a Deep Clean, not just a service clean, and was willing to pay for the longer time for the effort that it would take. Prior to the cleaning the communication was very professional and the two ladies came right on time. The trouble started after the two cleaning people left. The next morning I woke up to take a shower and I realized that my tub was peeling; and when I say peeling, I don?t mean a little bit. There were whole areas that were damaged. Photos of the damage: [URL removed] Being a small business owner myself, I know that things happen. That?s why we are insured and bonded - in case things like this do happen. With that mindset I immediately called and emailed Westchester Cleaning Services to let them know the problem. I emailed them photos of the damaged tub, and told them since it was only a few days before Christmas, we can work on a solution after the holiday. It came as a surprise then when the email I got told me they wouldn?t cover any of the damage, and offered me a $50 amazon gift card in order to ensure my satisfaction. (Westchester Cleaning Services original email at the end of this review). There are some unusual aspects to their email to me: 1 - the statement about the photos of the tub prior to cleaning. Unless their cleaning staff took photos of it before they cleaned it (which would be unusual to say the least) - I never sent them photos of it! Very shady!!! 2 - how did they loose money by having as a client? I was charged $337.50 for their service; which is 7.5 hours of work at their $45/hour stated rate. To say the least I was NOT satisfied!!! I reached out to Amazon, and after only one phone call (and forwarding them the photos) Amazon stated that they 100% agreed with me that Westchester Cleaning Services was at fault and that as part of their A to Z policy, they would ensure that Westchester Cleaning Services would either cover the repair or no longer be allowed to sell their services via Amazon Home Services. (Excellent customer service from Amazon!) I am now working with Amazon to find a licensed tub repair company to fix my tub; which Amazon will cover directly. I have not received any further communication from Westchester Cleaning Services. I would NOT recommend using this service. Along with my tub, the house was not deep cleaned very well. The stove flu was only 1/4 cleaned (where it is obvious they cleaned to a certain point and stopped, as the rest of it is dirty); radiators were still dusty; etc. The only thing I can say they did an good job on was my kitchen floor and kitchen cabinets which were noticeably cleaner. For the poor customer service alone I would suggest hiring another company that stands behind its service. I would have been happy to have worked with Westchester Cleaning Services to find a solution but they weren?t willing to work with me beyond a $50 token which doesn?t come close to the damage done by their employees. ?? However, we can say for certain, that it cannot be attributed to our cleaning, nor the product we used to clean it. Your complete satisfaction is always our goal. We take a lot of pride in our work, and as you noticed, we go above and beyond to ensure your home is clean at a very affordable price. We have kept an outstanding 5 star rating on all review sites, and it is our goal to keep such high ratings. As you know, we are in the business of making money. While we lost money in cleaning your home, we were willing to loose, in order to ensure you were completely satisfied with our cleaning. We will be willing to offer you a $50 dollar Amazon gift card for your troubles and close this matter.
