To begin with they were 2 hours late. They charge my credit card at 7.26 am with out my permission plus a 5% fee that I did not authorize. As soon as they showed up I knew it was gonna end up bad. First thing they said was you’ve got more stuff than what we are supposed to move. I said I send pictures of everything you were moving and he said that’s not in the list. Call their boss and the guy said it would cost me an extra $1275 when I had agreed to $960 for 6 hours move. Long story short they loaded one truck and left without telling me with all my stuff. After I called them and their office several times they said they left to eat that they would come back since they weren’t done, my whole garage was full of stuff. Hour later they called to said they were at the storage facility I went there they unloaded everything messed up my bed frame and they wanted me to sign paperwork saying they were done. When I called their boss the guy said they didn’t want to do the rest and they weren’t doing it. When I told the guy i was gonna give him a bad review he said he knew were I live, he threatened me. They all act like thugs starting with their boss. They think they will bully you to get things their way. I had to hire another company and pay double to get the job done. Still considering chargin back my credit card since they didn’t do their job. After this review I’d they get hired you’ve been warned. They’re not professional and they’re lazy and try to scam you out of more money period. I do not recommended them and I have no clue how they’re listed here and how they’re still in business.

AWFUL. FRAUDS. YOU SHD REMOVE FROM ANGIES ALTOGETHER. They charged my Cr. Cd. 2x BEFORE the job had even started to a total of $835...Even full amt. would have been 500. The move DID NOT HAPPEN. Their driver kept missing the location even when I was across the Rd. from him. wHILE there, he kept angling and reangling THE truck and not starting to load the cartons . He said He could not "exit" correctly though an entire house had been moved that way . and he said he WOULD NOT PROCEED. This did not stop his boss from charging my CC.

The moving company was not able to confirm if the move would take place on Saturday or Sunday until the Friday before. The move took place on a Sunday, and all the movers seemed very tired, like they had been out till 4 am the night before. They were nice, and friendly but incredibly slow and didn't even pretend to have hustle. They spent the first 15 minutes chatting and smoking, but we were still charged for it. Silly mistakes were made - such as lengthy wrapping of a sectional couch, only to find it was in two pieces. Unwrap.. Rewrap... all very slow. They did not move plants, so we had to do ourselves. Then, they had me sign and pay for everything and write a review, right in front of them. It was very awkward. They were nice - but I would not use them again due to the extreme lack of energy and overall inertia.
