I absolutely adore Tarry Fuel Oil Co Inc. are here all the time. We love their service. They're just wonderful people.

Bad service!

Service guy came out pretty quickly and cleaned best he can and addressed what he could on a Sunday night. Had all my windows opened to vent on a very cold night for hours, cannot go to the basement due to overwhelming odor, even now. Did not receive any inquiries or status calls from fuel company afterwards, I called them, left message, did not receive any return calls, called them back spoke to owner who said "sorry thought the problem was handled and did not get message. Things like this happens. Will give you credit for the 2 gallons." He blamed my new boiler, boiler installer, the oil tank, oil tank install, traffic, instead of taking responsibility for their error. My mother is still coughing as a result. I don't expect white glove service from an oil company - the issue for me is an oil spill even if it is not 100 gallons causes severe detriment to living conditions in a home - the toxic odor (headaches, coughing), the mess left over from clean up, oil layer seeped into the floor - the flippin way he was responding about this damage and for causing it indicated he understood and was obviously deflecting main responsibility. This wasn't some spoiled meat he was selling me, they caused damage to my home and was not willing to fix that, not address it, FIX it - instead he was offering me a $6 credit as compensation. Hah!

I must commend these guys. We just switched over to natural gas and they knew we were going to be doing it yet their service level never waned. There were 2 times when I needed quick oil deliveries because the conversion had delays and out tank was almost empty. One delivery was within 3 hours, the other was the next day. One of their guys even called and left me his cell phone number. If I hadn't switched to gas, I'd still be with them. Outstanding service.

Been using them for a couple of yrs now. Great service at a competitive price. They come quickly when I call them. Nice guys.

They seem to be great. They show up on time and they do what is needed to keep my system going. They were pretty good when they were here this time too. They will also take care of things between if it is needed. I have used them for years.
