The owner Billy is AWESOME. He does great work, is punctual and clean. He's also a very nice guy, which makes him a pleasure to work with. Between the LR and Kitchen he worked at our house for about 8-9 weeks. We would not hesitate to hire him again and we recommend him very highly.

Hands on, all work performed by Bill. Responsive and diligent, meticulous and clean (!). Flexible work schedule and great value for the price. His subs (electric/plumbing) are good teams that don't just install the big box equipment. I provided all drawings and kitchen / bath equipment with basic materials supplied by Bill.

The company consisted of one contractor and he did all the work himself. He did not subcontract. He was very prompt and very efficient. He got everything done. He was very responsible and he was never idle. I will use them again in the future.

Great! He was available for the work over a month sooner than his initial guess. Day 1: Removed sink+cabinet and toilet, and removed old layers of tile. Day 2: Installed subfloor, cementboard, and installed about 1/3 of the tiles. Day 3: Installed the remainder of the tiles. Partial day, as left tiles to set. Day 4: Grouted, and re-installed sink and cabinet. Called plumber (as arranged) to reinstall toilet.

All of the work was performed as agreed and came in at the estimated price. Billy is a complete professional with a good work ethic, and does high quality work. Never did he have to leave the job because he didn't have (or forgot to bring) the materials or equipment that was needed--he's very prepared. It's obvious he has a game plan for the job so there are no surprises and he's very clear in communicating how the work will proceed so you can plan accordingly. In addition, he is punctual and completely trustworthy. I had no qualms about leaving him with my keys so that he could come and go as needed. There were no delays whatsoever during this job and everything was completed in a timely manner. It's obvious he takes pride in his work. In addition, he is a very nice man who is considerate and a pleasure to work with. THIS WAS THE MOST PLEASANT REMODELING EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!!
