owner never got back to me with written quote after seeing property and giving verbal quote and several attempts at communication; not very professional no matter how busy you are.

I went with Agro Landscaping at recommendation of real estate agent, and am sorry about that choice, and would not recommend him to an individual homeowner, although I know at the time I used him he was landscaper for the Crest. He made a very good in person first impression when I first met him, but my back yard lawn was not replanted until early June, I felt this was too late, service provider was waiting for specific grass seed to arrive and told me it was okay. (We hired a different lawn care professional to redo the work the following spring and it has looked great ever since.) Joe Agro was nearly impossible to get on the phone to answer questions about the service he was providing. I also questioned charges for weeding on the bill as being excessive which he eventually adjusted.

We had the entire front landscaped by a landscape architect, and so we have recently started using Agro?s services again. The taking down of the trees was a difficult job but they did it stupendously well. He is a very smart and good guy, and the quality of his work and products are good too. Even if it?s raining cats and dogs they?ll probably be here to mow the lawn. When I have asked for things to be done they have been very prompt. They are a 100% punctual and professional. I?m not sure of the price because I haven?t received the bill yet but I think that it is competitive. I would continue to use them. There are other landscaping companies out here that have real hard working people but because English is not their native language, they may not be able to do the job quite as well as you would want them to.

I HAVE USED THEM FOR A LONG TIME AS WELL. WE ARE CUSTOMER NUMBER THREE SO WE HAVE USED THEM SINCE THEY ACTUALLY WENT INTO BUSINESS. I DON'T FORESEE US CHANGING ANY TIME SOON.

I'VE KNOWN HIM EVER SINCE HE WAS A KID SO HE'S BEEN CUTTING MY LAWN FOR YEARS. THAT'S WHY I STARTED USING HIM. I HAVE SORT OF SUPPORTED HIM THROUGH ALL THE YEARS SINCE HE STARTED HIS BUSINESS. HE'S PROBABLY BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR ABOUT 20 YEARS AND I'VE PROBABLY BEEN USING HIM FOR ABOUT 23 YEARS.

HE COMES OUT THE SAME DAY AND TIME EVERY WEEK. HE IS A VERY NEAT AND CLEAN MAN. HE ALWAYS BAGS THE LEAVES AND MAKE SURE THAT THEY ARE PUT AT THE END OF THE DRIVE SO THEY CAN BE PICKED UP ON HEAVY TRASH DAY.
