Great job. They performed all the work at quoted price and time period. Also advised me how to get water company (suez) to shut off main line so they could do the work and waited for them to come back and turn it back on so they could check the installation for leaks (there were none) and make sure all the faucets in the house were delivering water (they were). I am very happy with their work. 5 stars!

Horribly. Currently disputing the charges. Technicians claim the parts cost 210.00 and tried to charge me for 2 hours of labor when they serviced my house for 90 minutes that included driving to A F Rockland Plumbing Supply (local plumbing parts store) that took 30 minutes. When I asked for the parts receipt I was told none was provided. When I called the parts store they told me that they do not provide pricing to general consumers over the phone and actually recommended that I go to one of their competitors. Sounds like collusion to me. I am currently disputing the charges and awaiting for the store receipt as required by law.

hard to get a date or return call came alone i had to assist told me parts had to be changed got estimate changing entire system felt taken advantage of did not give angies list discount waste of time had problem with dampers?.panel working?..worked for 8 years w/o problem?. damper motor burned out?. told me panel was hot and might start a fire . not true? panel still working and motor still not replaced did not leave old motors which he took. thought he was gonna do work but estimate was outrageous
