Repeatedly confirmed over the phone while making the appointment that the service would be between 8-9 am. Waited until 9 am, and no sign of them even beginning to work in the complex, where they also had other appointments. I called to ask if they were still coming, and no answer. Did not call to say they would be over an hour late, no apology, no advisement of how much longer it would be. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the owner made a derogatory comment. I had plans and needed to get on the road shortly after 9. They showed up at 9:20 and began doing work elsewhere first. I had to cancel the service, and it ruined my entire weekend plans. I would not trust these guys to tie my shoes.

These guys are fantastic. Quick neat clean and respectful. Don't look anywhere else these guys are who you need great price too

They were perfect. Arrived early with a well trained crew and all equipment. Replaced a chimney cap and cleaned my gutters in 30 minutes. They were friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

When it comes to cleaning and repair these guys are the best. Very experienced and extremely clean. Very affordable and very trustworthy. They did a great job and didn't try to push additional services that I did not need.

I needed to examine my chimney in a hurry and Mick of the Chimney Medic answered the call and came the day after I called him (on a Saturday at no extra charge). He was even available on the Sunday. After everything was checked out by him, I was relieved to have my water heater installed that Monday without any worries.
