Very straight forward. Offered a fair deal and did what they said they would.

They were prompt and I felt they were straight shooters. They gave me a price they guaranteed for the entire job and promised not to milk more money out of me midway through and they stuck to it. It was a fairly difficult job, and took most of the day but everything was finihed and cleaned up nicely.

Mike arrived within an hour of my placing the request. He was very knowledgeable and reasonable. I would highly recommend him.

I was pleased with the company's professionalism, expertise at diagnosing the problems with my chimney, the reasonable price, and their swiftness in scheduling and performing the work. Time will tell if the quality of workmanship with repointing the brickwork was worth the expense. However, at this juncture, I would certainly call on them again and refer them to others.

Mike is very friendly and personable. His workers a are very clean and hard working. My wife is very happy with the work they did.

Mick and Steve were spot on! Mick responded within 20 minutes of my request, and---on a holiday on top of it! He came out to survey the job (repointing and waterproofing a brick foundation of a 100+ year-old home) and did a fabulous job. They were neat, efficient, did a great job and the price was very reasonable. I'm planning on using them again next year for another project! Thanks Mick!
