I called them to inspect my fireplace/chimney and assess whether or not it was safe to use. (It is.) They arrived on time, answered all my questions and made a few useful suggestions regarding fire safety and chimney maintenance. Their attitude was friendly and upbeat. They charged me the amount they had stated over the phone. I would use them again.

These guys are really great , mick came out the same day, looked at the problem and although they were booked he managed to come out and do the job later on in the day. Explained everything they were doing and the crew were very professional and polite , 100 percent recommend them.

His pleasant demeanor coupled with knowledge of the trade contributed to the success of the project. The bricks which needed to be replaced match the older bricks perfectly. I cannot say enough about how great it was to work with The Chimney Medic!! Mick is so nice, and as honest and upfront as they come. While other contractors wrote an estimate and handed it to us on their way out the door, Mick took the time to explain both the process and the quote, and answered any questions. They were on time for both the estimate and the work, and were professional and friendly. They take pride in their work and it shows! We were given pictures of the chimney from different angles, both before and after the repairs, so we could see where the problems were & what work was done. The only evidence they were here is the beautiful chimney work- there was absolutely no mess left behind. All in all, a very positive experience with an awesome crew:-)
