This job involved totally emptying an apartment that contained an enormous amount of items accumulated over years by someone with a hoarding problem. Also, hiring people to move, transport furniture, deep clean and make needed repairs prior to putting the unit on the market. Every aspect of the work was done with excellence, sensitivity, care, honesty and competence. The help I received from Helena was truly a life-saver for me. I am extremely grateful that I was able to find someone so trustworthy and so very capable of managing the extent of the work involved with such inter-personal skill and kindness. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Helena is absolute gem and I recommend her highly! When we first met, I knew she was the right person. She has a vibrant personality combined with a wealth of knowledge and experience. She made a plan that worked for our household, and I could not be more pleased with the progress we have made. Her organizing skills have helped to bring a better flow to our house followed by a greater calmness that comes when everything has its own place, and you create a system around that. This can be especially hard to do with young children in the house, but Helana has been wonderful in working with my children as well to help organize their spaces and toys. As our projects continue, I am confident because I know our goals will be met as she continues to assess and adapt our goals accordingly. In addition, she has shown great amounts of patience, understanding and flexibility, as going through ones belongings can be emotionally charging, and it made me aware of how therapeutic this process is. Having her support has been the icing on the cake.

Helena is a warm, energetic, highly effective organizer. Her interpersonal and organizing skills are so advanced that she achieved a massive organizing and moving project in several weeks with someone who has hoarding disorder. I look forward to working with her on future projects.

Helena makes the very painful process of cleaning clutter fun and cathartic. She has a natural positivity about her that is contagious and calming. I felt guilt and embarrassment and regret seeing the time, money, and energy I wasted over the years. I even had a panic attack I was so overwhelmed! Helena was calming, provided psychological counseling at 1/4 of the cost of my shrink. She did not bat an eye, no judgment, kept me focused. She has great ideas, an eye for decor and balance. Even with social distancing, she supported me via a video call. I wish I had discovered her sooner!

Helena has been fantastic to work with! This is my first time using an Organizer, and she has exceeded my expectations! She has a great process for tacking clutter and disorganization, and is very open and adaptable to my needs. My biggest (& pleasant) surprise was how energetic and hands on she is. She's not afraid to get her hands dirty or roll up her sleeves, and maintains the high level of energy needed to make a lot of progress on each session. She's also very budget conscious and encourages using resources you already have when feasible. Lastly, she's got a network of other people she works with if needed for your project. I'm so happy I made the decision to work with her!

I wish I could give her more than 5 stars!! Installed an overhead garage rack. Came the day before to set everything up, arrived on time the day of the install and finished early. I finally have my garage BACK!!!!!

Helena came to my new home to help me set up my kitchen. She organized all of my kitchen equipment. One closet/cabinet had out dated wood shelving that was falling apart and Helena suggested these metal slide drawer units which we installed and made a tremendous amount of usable space. I am very happy with the work and ideas Helena brought to my kitchen.

Helena was amazing. She organized things I had no idea needed organizing. She also gave me tips on decoration and helped me de-clutter. Once a year I hire Helena again to come and organize my home. Great service!
