I highly recommend Accurate Floor Service to anyone looking to have any work on their floors. I met with three different floor refinishing companies before selecting Accurate Floor Service and am very happy with my choice. Denis, the company's President, came for the estimate and was extremely knowledgeable, polite and responsive. He then gave me a very fair estimate and completed the job right on time. Most importantly, his company did a fantastic job refinishing my floors, which look great. I'm pretty picky about service providers and Denis and his company exceeded my expectations.

On second thought, my miss understanding of the deal with Accurate was not their fault, rather mine. It's true as I wrote that the person my wife spoke to didn't call back as he said he would. However he called me a few days ago to explain that he thought that the transaction was finished, and there was no further need for contact. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, and delete my negative comment and C rating. In summary my dealings with Accurate were very limited because the terms of the deal were not understood on my part. I do not fault them and have no reason to leave a negative impression about the company.

DENIS CAME WITH HIS PARTNER AND QUICKLY MOVED MY FURNITURE AND STARTED THE WORK. THEY SHOWED ME THE PROGRESS THROW OUT. THEY FINISHED ON TIME.

The technician came to give us an estimate and arrived on time. We had postponed the work but then he never came out. I called him and he said he would try to come the following Thursday but never followed through. This was all rectified very satisfactorly.

Dennis and crew arrived each day exactly as planned. Dennis explained the job thoroughly and was able to come in under the estimated time for completion. All were extremely professional, helpful and responsive. Floors look great--I would use again anytime and recommend highly.

We can't speak highly enough of Denis and his crew. The work done was completely professional. A great eye for detail - inside one closet the plaster was crumbling, it was scrapped and repainted for no extra charge. After the work was completed furniture was put in exactly the right place - even the skirt under the mattress was put back on! They started and finished on time and left the house dust free. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family.

Dennis is the owner of his company. He came and gave us a fair price then showed us different finished. We wanted two different types of finishes and he helped us decide. He works clean and has fine attention to detail. I'm a realtor and have recommended him to my clients. He's very good, polite. And trust worthy.

It was good. They were good, professional guys. The work turned out great. I paid an additional amount for the service.

I had one large room and one average size room refinished (sanded and urethaned). They were very neat and professional and completed the job on time and with no surprise charges or fees.

They came when they said, they sanded, they sealed, they cleaned up. The floor is gorgeous-they did a great job at a very reasonable price and we will definitely call them for more work after the holidays.

Denis came to my house the next day to tell me what he recommended (two different approaches) and gave me an estimate for both approaches. He showed up on time, completed the job, succeeding with the simpler less expensive approach. He and his crew were professional and friendly. Denis was clear, to the point, and did not try to oversell. He will be my first call if I need more work done on my floors.

We have several more rooms in our little house that need floors installed or sanded/stained/finished, and I will definitely be using his services again. We paid an extra $50 for stain, which was stated clearly in the original offer.

The company performed the work in a timely, friendly and professional manner and did an excellent job with very little clean up required from me. We even left him the key to the house to do the job while we were away.
