The job went well. Heath gave me a very reasonable estimate for getting the work done (including the new door), and let me know it would be a couple of weeks for them to get to it, as they had a couple other jobs that needed to be completed first. That seems to be pretty normal based on the other contractors I contacted for estimates. True to his word, Heath scheduled my job within about 2 weeks, and got it done in one day. He worked with me prior to that to figure out what kind of door I wanted, and the color I wanted it painted. So the door had been purchased and painted and was ready for installation by the time they came to do the job. The job was completed and came out just as I'd hoped, and the end cost of the job was exactly what Heath had given me as an estimate. I have been looking for a competent, trustworthy handyman/carpenter, and Heath fits the bill. I anticipate calling him again in the future for other handyman and carpentry jobs.

Heath from H&M Quality Carpentry is outstanding. He is reasonably priced and very prompt, responsive and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend.

He came did an estimate. Then called to say he was ready to come next week. Then I reminded him of the contract and never heard from him again. Not sure if the idea of signing a contract scared him off. But it does not give me a warm fuzzy feeling of the honesty or intention of a contractor who disappears when you remind them of the contract they wanted signed.

Heath Megerell (Boomer) has always done great work! He has gone above and beyond in the work that he does and always gets the best quality material. You will not be disappointed, I won’t ever hire anyone else to do my handyman work ever again! He has done plumbing, electrical, finishing and rebuilt my front porch!

contractor was pleasant on initial visit. he was going to return in a week to fix a toilet issue and with quotes for other projects. i never heard from him again. a curtasey call to say he couldn't , wouldn't, or just didn't want to do the job would have been appreciated. not professional at all.

Wonderful work!! They did a great job on our projects!! And cleaned up after their work was done. We were very pleased with them, and will have them do work for us again. You will not be disappointed if you hired these fine men to work for you!

The project went very well. One side of my front porch had begun sagging due to a rotten support. This caused damage to the existing older woodwork on the porch and presented a potential hazard. They worked in a timely manner, within the estimate discussed and the result was excellent.

Spoke on the phone and was given a quote $200+ higher than other businesses. I requested a written quote but never received one.

I always have had such positive experiences with H and M Carpentry. They are professional,knowledgeable and always willing to help fix any situation with options .They are prompt even in emergency situations.The best carpenter I have dealt with in years .So if your looking for any job big or small this is the carpenter to call !!!!

Heath and his crew were great, they did 5 rooms in my house all needing something different, and they look great. Heath is experienced and professional and we are very happy with the results. We are hiring H&M quality carpentry and handyman again in the spring for more remodeling Cant wait for the holidays, what a difference

No contact ever made. Currently hired another contractor.

This company started off good but things got really bad. They do not respect your home in covering the hardwood floors, kitchen appliance, cleaning up in the sink , leaving paint all over. They took down a light for painting and I had a light to install instead of the old fixture. They did install but there was a power issue. The old light worked without any issues. The owner stated " I did you a favor by installing the light" Well I did not ask to take down the light and now I have a electrical issue in the wall due to HM Quality. The company also left my driveway in a mess from rust that came from their open top dumpster and a can of paint that was thrown in that leaked white paint. There is more but a word of advice " Prices are high with add ons, quality could be better as some areas were left in a poor condition" Move on and choose another company!

All the items I requested got done in a timely manner. Workman ship was A-1. Pleasure to so business with.

We are new to the area and are so glad we came across HM Quality Carpentry! Heath and his crew did a great job. They painted our house and deck and did some repair work on the outside of our home as well as pressure washing and getting our house in good shape again and we are very pleased with the work that was done. Heath is very thorough and stayed late on several occasion to ensure the work was done directly. He is very reasonable with his pricing as well and will be very straightforward with you on things he can or cannot do. Highly recommend.

Very well. He didn’t leave until I was satisfied. He also came back and touched up a spot on the house that was stained. He was punctual and professional and he did a thorough job.

It was AWESOME!! Quick and efficient, very friendly and professional. Clean up done every night.
