Description of Work: I have been using this service for a few months now. I have the same person come and she is wonderful. She cleans my living room, family room, dining room, kitchen, 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, as well as my entry way and master bedroom. It continues to go very well, I am very satisfied, with my person and the professionalism of Donna when we had our meeting.

Description of Work: I have a big house that required a lot of attention. The team paid close attention to detail and left the house in the clean state that I looked forward to. They were on time, respected all my things and were very efficient getting done. We sat down beforehand, outlined what I wanted done, and set a date. All went as expected.

The relative that I mentioned that hired Donna's services had become ill, and in a few months her health declined rapidly. We were having to prepare for the end of her life. During these last stages, many of our responsibilities were overlooked and cancelling Donna's services was one of them. The family member that was supposed to do it forgot. Because we had forgotten to call Donna one of her housekeepers showed up and none of us were there. Donna called me and told me that her employee was at the house. I asked her if anyone called to cancel. She was livid. Telling me no one called and she is going to get paid now. I was at the house in a few minutes and let her employee in. Then her employee told me that Donna wanted me to call her right away. I did. Donna was now very angry and hostile repeatedly told me that she was going to get her money. I told her that when I mentioned the cancellation of services, During this awkward conversation, Donna was more livid and became hostile, repeatedly telling me that she is going to be paid. I was talking about future appointments and had every intention of paying and will give the check to the employee. She demanded cash now! By now, I had enough. I told her that checks were always accepted by her in the past, and I was not going to spend any more time away from my loved one to get cash because of her being unreasonable. She told me to give the phone to her employee. She instructed the employee to take the check and leave immediately without providing any service. I was appalled then and still am. Knowing my family was going through this awful time with our loved one, this woman calls and with no regard that her customer is dying and what the family was probably going through was thinking of herself only and getting paid. Although I didn't expect sympathy, but was surprised she had no regard whatsoever considering the circumstance was given.
Description of Work: My very close relative had hired Donna's services. The house cleaners were all very personable. The original housekeeper assigned did not provide all the cleaning that was previously agreed upon. Her replacements were much more thorough. All employees were reliable and personable. My relative that I mentioned had become ill, and a few months later she was rapidly declining. During the last stages of her life, many responsibilities were overlooked and cancelling Donna's service was one of them. None of the family remembered to contact the Donna to cancel. While the family was with our dying loved one, one of Donna's housekeepers showed up to clean . Donna called me and was livid telling me that her employee was at the house and none of us were there. I felt awful and informed her that her client, my loved one is dying, and apologized profusely. I explained everything to her and that we had forgotten to call and cancel the services. Donna's response was HOSTILE and I am not using that word lightly. She repeatedly told me that she is going to get paid. I had every intention of paying and will give the check to the employee that showed. Although the services had always been paid by check in the past, Donna demanded cash now. I did not have the cash and told her that I am paying by check and that will have to be acceptable. She then told me to give the phone to her employee telling her to get the check and leave immediately without providing any services. I was appalled at the time and still am.
