The wait list to get new windows installed is really long but worth the wait! I had windows rotting out of my house, they came in and and installed 11 windows in 2 days with 1 installer, he did a great job, a couple of the windows are kind of hard to lock but I could be doing something wrong.

After 4 requests to get a quote for 2 homes, I finally received a call back. Ordering was fairly easy, and they did have 2 different people measure which I was fine with. I put my deposit down in May 17th of 2021. The contract states, under terms and conditions, "The average time for Contractor to furnish and install the product(s) ordered by homeowner is 4-10 weeks from the Monday following the final measure of the products". After repeated calls in October, to which I received no call backs, I finally received a call that my windows arrived. They scheduled me for December 14, 2021. I called the day before since I had not heard from them, and was told an installer was sick. She called me the next morning to tell me that my appointment was being pushed out 30 days to January 14th. I asked how someone having 1-2 days off pushes out my appointment 30 days. No good answer was provided. Another Term and Condition in the contract states "Installation will occur in the order in which the contract was received". They have already defaulted on that. I asked to pick up the windows myself and was called back with a new price. They knocked of $185 from my total balance of $1,000. I questioned the $185 labor they were taking off, and was told that was the price. I told them to schedule me again, instead of me picking up the 5 windows, driving them home with hopes they don't break, hoping they measured correctly, etc. For $185 extra, I told them to install them. She told me they are now pushed out until February. Yes, another 30 days. I have not heard back from them since December with this new date. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not, under ANY circumstances, order from this company. Their 4-10 week lead time estimate has now been 259 days as of today.

The quality of the window and the price were definitely good. They gave us good quality picture windows and they were them most reasonably priced in the area. I called everyone and they had the best price. They took a 50-percent deposit and then it was months before they showed up to install. And then they cancelled and delayed three times before they actually showed up. I definitely did not like how long it took. Each time they would call us and tell us that somebody had to be here all day and in each case when they cancelled they would wait until late afternoon and then announce that they couldn't make it. I would call them and they would say they were rescheduling me and then they didn't make it for that one.I would say that for a working family they just would not be someone to hire. They were the largest windows in my house. They bragged that nobody could under-price them.

It went really well. They were nice and professional.

Great price, friendly salesman, very good quality for the price. I am very happy with this window and this company.

I signed the contract and gave them a $2,000 down payment for my new windows in October 2012 and was told that the installation would be 3-6 weeks from the time that the final measurements were completed. However, after leaving work early several times to meet the installer for these measurements and being stood up, 3 weeks had passed. Once they finally had the measurements they assured me that my windows would be installed before the weather turned. However, I never heard back from them until I called them in December at which time they said that they were busy due to Hurricane Sandy. We finally made arrangements for my installation in early January when we were expecting outstanding weather. I was told that they would arrive by 7am so I was up and moving furniture by 5am. I sat and waited for them to arrive but heard nothing until 11am when the installer called to say that he would not be coming! The surprising thing is that I never heard back from the company until, again, I called them. The person that answers the phone again just made excuses, never apologized and even made me feel like I was being unreasonable. However, we made arrangements once again for them to come and do the installation. This time it would be on a Thursday, so, do to my work schedule I once again moved all of my furniture Wednesday morning only to get a call at 4:30 that they would not be coming the next day. Unfortunately the weather was due to take a turn so we waited for the weather to clear. We made arrangements for my installation in March and this time it happened.......with the exception of one window which was made incorrectly and the window wrapping which the installer assured me would be completed the next day (Friday) and at the very latest by Monday. They also assured me that the final window would be corrected and installed within a couple of weeks. They called and we made arrangements for installation, however, a few days later they called me back only to say that the window once again came in and was incorrect. In the meantime, now a month later, my windows have not been wrapped. This left my windows looking incomplete with a gap at the bottom. They insisted on wrapping the windows when they came to install the final window but I insisted they come sooner as they're track record was so poor I had no way of knowing how long this would be. They did come and a few weeks later they came back and installed the final window. It was now May!! Phew, thought I was done only to find that they were attempting to charge me $400.00 more than originally signed for?? The manager, Scott, proceeded to tell me that this was because they installed the 6000 series instead of the 4000 series and I should be happy because these were better windows. I explained that I was very clear with the salesperson that I only intended on being in this home another 5 years, therefore the 4000 series was sufficient. At this point I proceeded to tell him my purchase and installation story and to my amazement, this was the first time he was hearing of my difficulties. I had to question why this was, why hadn't someone apprised him of the inconvenience I was caused. I would think that he would have been concerned that my contract was signed in October and my installation was not finalized until May, but this did not seem to phase him. At the start of our conversation he was only interested in his payment. We did finally settle on my final balance reflecting the contract that I originally signed. I explained to Scott that I could not recommend his company to anyone, not because they do not do excellent work but because they are so unreliable. I was very open and honest with him regarding my intention of writing this review. Something is clearly broken here, I was disturbed most by the fact that he knew nothing of my story, customer service is lacking and communication in his office is clearly broken.

My overall experience was okay. The windows were not the highest quality windows. They installed them and they function. The price was reasonable.

Financing was held up to the point that installation could not be started until January. The first window tech was not skilled enough to handle removal of the original windows (Pella). A second crew came onsite and finished the job within days. It was a rough start but a smooth finish. I am happy with my windows. However, the true test will be when we have a normal winter..The weather after the installation was pretty mild.

You can't be the price and the product is great. The windows won't rot because they are vinyl. It's a great deal for the price. I worked with three people and they were all wonderful. The price was excellent.

The moral of the story is sometimes cheapest isn't best. The energy effeciency of the windows is factastic but two things went wrong....First of all, the quality of the installation was HORRENDOUS! We own a nice home and they butchered the outside trim and broke molding on the inside and then caulked it back together. There were actually holes in the trim where they sawed out the old window and didn't repair the damage they did. In addition, the screen on the full window are supposed to slide so that the outside of the window can be washed, we don't even know how they got them in they are so tight. Window World was supposed to order new screens, which were supposed to be delivered within days - it is now 5 months later and we STILL don't have screens!! We did talk to them in the past few weeks and they said this was a priority for them - yeah...............
