Description of Work: I have Verizon cell phone, TV, home phone, and internet service. They all quit at once!! Verizon came to my home, they discovered that when a neighbors tree fell on his power line that National grid removed my Verizon cable from the telephone pole box and didn't |put it back. Verizon replaced my whole cable from my house to the pole . The guys were very friendly and did a great job.

+ 0 moreThey're better lately but they took time to get fast. I was having internet connection issues and nobody seemed to be able to figure out what it was. It took about 9 months for them to figure it out.
Description of Work: My internet service is through Verizon as well as the landline phone.

Description of Work: I was a loyal Verizon customer for the past 10 years. The pruduxt & service are great. But I was paying $158 every month for two phone #s..! (Was on a smart-phone plan.) Sorry, but that is TOO MUCH.!! I was afriad to switch, though. I finally let myself try Page Plus thru Wireless Express in Cicero for only $55/month for my primary # (and I got to keep my same cell phone #) plus only $10.00 every 3 months for the 2nd #..!!! :0) Its been about 2 months since I switched. The service at Page Plus (e.g. Amount of talk & text & web-surfing) has been the same. No issues there. There was a billing issue at the start of my 2nd month that ticked me off (was supposed to be auto-pay, but didn't credit & I got cut off during an important call). They fixed it within 20 minutes & I am waiting to see what happens at start of month 3 in just a day or so. So far, it was worth switching. I paid about $90 to get out of Verizon, but am saving more than $90 every month now..!! Verizon, why are you SO greedy??? I loved you..!!!

+ 0 moreThe reason why we are with Verizon is we have the best coverage. We hardly ever lose calls. There are a couple of dead spots when we're travelling but in our area, it's nonexistent. Our internet service is fast. It downloads applications and GPS quickly. There's nothing that I don't like about them. It's a good and solid service. When we had to go to a Verizon Center, they've been fine.

+ 1 moreWe went with them as they had a promotion and others were charging too much. I haven't had to call them since they installed it. They were pretty much on time. I would use them in the future as long as the prices don't go up.

We are not happy with the television service due to channels we used to receive no longer being available to us. They have been responsive and punctual to our requests. I am uncertain at this time what services if any I may continue to use with Verizon.
