Three large trees had to be removed. Their work was excellent. Job was completed quickly and without damage to nearby buildings.

Did a good job getting work done and cleanup. Only drawback was overall price.

Had to call and remind them to grind stumps. Came back next day. Clean up of yard was fine but clean up in front yard after stumps were removed and ground up could have been done better.

Austin is a nice salesperson and knowledgeable but the workers went on my neighbors lawn and did damage. Now I've paid for the tree to be removed and grass seed for the burnt yard of my neighbor. The workers plowed under my vegetable garden and took my shovel with them. Ugh. I asked for it back but never heard another thing from them.

Friendly and responsive

We were verbally quoted a price, but ended up paying twice the amount. The work was done professionally. We needed the work done quickly and they did do that for us. Just wished we were more aware of the total cost.

For what i paid they could have removed shredded tree inste of leaveing in yard and smoothed out where the tress were removed. the work was done right away. but I will not recomend them.

The owner was friendly, professional and informative. The tree removal was done the same day as the estimate. They came with a crew of 4. The crew did a quick, safe ,professional job removing a medium large dead cheery tree from my back yard. Removed all debris, good job.

They came with a crew of 5 and made quick and safe work of trimming a large Black Walnut tree branches covering my entire front yard and literally sitting on the roof of my home. They made suggestions that allowed me to get much more sunlight to the house and the clean up afterwards, you wouldn't even know they were here.

The owner was friendly and informative. I had a dead tree in my yard that was in danger of falling if it wasn't taken care if soon. Plus it was right where three properties met surrounded by a garage, deck, house and fence. Not an easy location for a tree removal. Also, a bucket truck could not get up my narrow drive. Luckily they had a climber on staff to take the tree down. They removed the most dangerous branching trunk the first day I hired them just prior to high winds and they finished the rest of the job in a very timely manner, including grinding out the stump. They had all the equipment and staff to do a great job. I don't quite know what to say about the cost as my tree removal was hardly a regular job given it's tight location (it had to come down in sections), it requiring a climber, it being a big tree and it being quite dead. Upstate NY Tree Service was in sharp contrast to the guy I first hired who was cheap but strung me out all summer, whom you could hardly ever reach, who twice told me he was coming but didn't and who never did show up in the end. In contrast,Upstate NY Tree Service was professional, responsive, timely, did what they said they would do and did a great job. Plus, he gave me a senior citizen discount. I gave my wood to a neighbor who wanted it and Upstate Tree Services stacked in nicely in his yard. I highly recommend them.

Didn't finish - he called to mention this and I told him whenever he's in the area. He did some work next door but never stopped to finish up.

They did exactly what needed to be done based on a simple phone conversation, and they got to my house quickly.

Hired stump removal subcontactor but did not pay the subcontractor. Will not return phone calls with the answering box is full. Upstate NY Tree Service did not honor their contract.

Job was never complete still have an eight foot long five foot wide tree trunk in my front yard and a four foot high stump i call they do not answer they do not respond to email, text or voice mail
