They were extremely hard working. They knew what they were doing. They finished when they said they would. Clean up each day was the best. They were very helpful and respectful of the neighbors. They did a great job!

They worked with me as I had concerns and were very careful with my bushes and plants to take down a large tree. They had a very tight area to work in. The climber was a real pro and they cleared away all the mess. I was pleased.

I would consider this a fairly big project....removed 9 XXtra LG evergreens and trimmed 6 to 8 Xtra LG maple/cottonwood trees. (also trimmed several smaller trees) Lonnie and his son Landon were professional and considerate. But....the work crews were GREAT! Hard-working, respectful and top-notch!

Had tree and stump and roots removed. Tried for 5 weeks to have the rest of the roots removed as they only did one when here. Texted Lonnie 4 or 5 times and same with calling.. Told later in the week or next week and also tomorrow to remove the roots. Will take out roots myself or hire someone to do it. Not worth the trouble to get them back to finish the job..

Work was done quickly in a timely manner. Crew was great. Price was good. Recommend them for tree service

Well what can I say but job well done. We really had some tricky trees to take down and the weather was not really cooperating. But they worked right through it. The cleanup I couldn t have done it better myself. I don t have any more trees but if it did I would use them again.

No communication in timeline. Was originally told 2 to 3 days. Had to call a week later to find out status on clean up. Friend of mine ended up taking the lumber.

The whole team was great. Very professional and they did a great job with very minimal mess.

The work crew was so good the ownerwas able to take his first vacation in more than 20 years and know the guys would do a great job. I believe I was given a good price for the job, but it was more expensive than I had hoped.

To many adjectives to describe, owner Lonnie was great describing what would be done. His awesome crew arrived early next day and removed my 100 ft pine that could have been a hazard being so close to the house. Entire crew were very professional and removed all debris. Can’t say enough about my experience with Upstate NY Tree Service and will be calling them next spring to remove a large maple tree in my back yard.

They never completed the job. We had a large tree removed. Then we waited for them to come back and remove the stump Then we waited and still are waiting for them to finish the landscaping they promised. We prepaid and we regret it. because they do not return our calls! Never again!!

The owner was polite and professional. The workers were thorough, completed the job on time and cleaned up the yard very nicely.

Austin quoted a great price, but forgot to mention it did not include tax, surprise. They were able to start on cutting a very large maple tree down the following week. Started on Thursday April 19 and finished in dark on Friday. The crew knew what they were doing. I have a few complaints to be aware of. They damaged my lawn and my neighbors moving in heavy equipment and dropping large limbs. Holes were not repaired, I had to get topsoil and fill and seed large areas. Grinding of stump left a 2 foot high pile of wood chips that I had to do something with. Just keep in mind that if you have a stump ground, the chips are yours unless added to the quote to be removed. Also the "claw" used to pick up the large limbs leaked hydraulic fluid in the road. The stain is still there 5 months later. I am sure I could have had better service from another tree service, but the price was right.
