 + -1 moreOur parents' furnace had cease to function. It was during the coldest weeks that Syracuse had experienced. Our parents, in the past, had been "nickel & dimed" regarding the repair of this furnace that was over 15 years old. They could not afford to pay for a new one- so they thought. After searching the web, providence had it that, Mr. Martini- CEO of Three Peaks Energy Corp, contacted me that very afternoon. He came out the following day and did a thorough audit of our parents home and furnace. He was diligent, attentive and non-judgmental. We were so impressed with his genuine concern, compassion as well as his expertise. He brought the necessary forms and information regarding the available incentives and grants that could assist our parents in either repairing their furnace free of charge or replacing it if it deemed necessary. He followed up with Empower to make certain that the paperwork did not get misdirected. As a result, our parents had a new furnace installed and more insulation added to their attic. He advised them to also correct the improperlyThe subcontractors were knowledgeable, efficient and thorough with the guidance of Mr. Martini who oversaw the project. We could not be more grateful to Three Energy Peaks' Dan Martini. Excited and happy, too!
Description of Work: Dan Martini, CEO of Three Peaks Energy, advised & assisted my elderly parents in making their home more energy efficient. As a Certified Building Analyst, he was familiar with all of the Federal/ State grants and incentives and assisted them in filing the necessary forms to apply for the federal programs and very patiently explained the process. As a result, my parents were eligible for a free energy efficient furnace and had it installed free of charge. On 2/16/15, the subcontractors came to insulate my parent's attic and corrected improperly installed vents at no cost to our parents.
