The quality of the work was good. He has a lot of interesting projects going on that you would take furniture repair would be beneath him, could be more like an artist. He was there when I got there, the only thing I'd say is the thing probably took a little bit longer than I would've expected.

Excellent work that was completed on time and below estimate. Will not hesitate to use The Craftsman again for delicate repair work.

MOST EXCELLENT! Ron came out to evaluate the work to be done and arranged to have his guys pick up the table and chairs. They showed up on time and, when the work was done, delivered and set up the table on time. The work was done in a timely fashion and looks great. He even included a can of his own brand of furniture polish free. My wife and I would highly recommend them!

Overall very smooth. I saw an ad in the Post Standard, and called the next day. I was able to bring the pieces to his shop although he would have come to my home for an estimate. I was in no rush for the furniture but it was done in 2 weeks.

The Craftsman is quite a character. Expect to be met with some bluster and extensive "philosophizing" about world events, art, furniture making and any other topic of the day. The day I dropped my furniture at his store I ended up staying several hours discussing various topics. Overall, a pleasant experience, as long as your willing to listen to an opinionated individual. The repairs made to my furniture were superb. I graded down slightly on the cost, however I'm not sure what it should cost; so it is probably a very fair price, especially considering the extent of damage to the furniture and what it would have cost to replace the leather furniture. His workmanship on his orginal design furniture is exquisite. If you're in in the market for new furniture I'd recommend a stop at The Craftsman's shop.

The date of repair is estimate. It was about 3 years ago and I do not remember the cost except that I judged it to be in line with custom repair. Ron not only repaired the chair's seat so that it has stood the test of time and the repair is fairly inconspicuous, but also told me about the likely style and age of the chair. He is a man who loves to talk (local history, furniture, old houses) so the chore of bringing the chair in turned out to be an enjoyable break in my day. The furniture made and displayed in the shop is also beautiful. At that time Ron made his own furniture oil which is really great; I love the smell and look of health-restored to wood. Unfortunately, I have about run out and cannot find it in local stores. The shop is a little tricky to find as the only entrance is on a driveway that runs behind a small shopping center in Eastwood. It is open on weekends only by appointment.

The experience was good. The owner was knowledgeable and gave high attention to details.

Complete remodeling of kitchen and office space, great attention to detail and quality. Also did refinishing work on furniture and did a wonderful job, they specialize in refinishing and repairing all types of furniture, had some antique furniture as well as contemporary refinished by them and was very pleased. Ron is also a talented designer, helped with all phases of the remodel, including architecture, color, interior design.
