Josh, Krista and their dedicated, hard working team were absolutely fantastic. Not only did they complete the move of our entire home contents efficiently, safely, and completely in less than one day, but also arranged for and hauled our donated furniture and related items!! Totally professional and communication and scheduling was top notch. Completely reasonable price for extraordinary service. Highly recommended!!

I can not recommend them enough! The team from Syracuse Trailer & Moving made the moving process from our 2 bedroom, 3rd floor appartment (all stairs, no elevator), a breeze. The process was easy and seamless from the initial contact and planning to move out day. Their efficiency, professionalism, and speed were second to none. They handled all of our totes and belongings with the utmost care, and nothing was damaged in the process. This was our first time using moving services and it was such a fantastic experience that we fully plan to work with them again in the future. 5 stars is not enough, 110% recommend!

All of my possessions made the trip without any damage or loss. Moving can be an extremely stressful process, however Syracuse Trailer & Moving took all of the stress out of it for myself, and my family. 5 Stars!

Syracuse Trailer & Moving was fantastic! I moved from Upstate NY to NC and Josh and his team did all the hard work. Krista was the best when it comes to communicating and being flexible. So easy and friendly to work with. Great experience overall and will definitely recommend in the future. All of my belongings, including my irreplaceable, handmade Grandfather clock, made the trip in one piece. These guys are flexible, friendly, fun, and great at what they do. I can’t believe how much they fit in that trailer. Thank you for a great experience.

Josh and 2 others were on time and very professional. A 2 bedroom apartment was packed into a truck and then loaded into a storage unit within 4 hours. No damage to any belongings and very pleasant to deal with. Krista in the office was also extremely responsive. I called on a Friday and was being mo ed in Sunday! Pricing very reasonable. I would use this company again without question.

I had a wonderful experience with Syracuse Trailer & Moving. I had a bit of an obscure request and they were more than willing to accommodate and made sure all of my items arrived safely at the destination. Rick was a pleasure to work with and I would absolutely hire them again!
