He said they would be willing to come for a plumbing service, but they advised me to check & see if their is an air issue in my house, & check if the house is too air tight; i called them because i thought that the vents on top of the house was clogged; & though that the furnace was not working as well; They were very accommodating & very helpful in providing suggestions and advice. I appreciate their advice as I was not really sure of what was the problem.

The company provided good communication of when they would be there and provided good communication and explanation of the situation. he also showed deficiencies and providing an estimate of corrective measures.

Bathroom work. Shower not centered over drain. Redid the work poorly so that the area around faucet is not at right angle to future wall. Hot and cold water are connected in a circuit so that water temperature to other fixtures is unpredictable. Shower base wasn't level or properly secured. Redid the work, but would not pay the cost of demolishing and reinstalling Hardibacker that had to be removed to get to the shower base. Then the owner said that he would communicate only through the general contractor. I don't know what the actual cost of the plumbing was because the the GC was paid in advance (stupid of me) and breached the contract. The project has been in dispute/litigation for over 3 years.

Our experience with them was good. I felt that they are efficient in picking out what the problem was and diagnosing and repairing the problem inexpensively.

Syracuse Plumbing Inc. is a wonderful company. They come when I have a problem and are always here promptly. They are pretty fair in their pricing. They are well trained and have been in business for a long time. I trust them. I would absolutely use them in the future.

This was the worst experience we have ever had with any company. The plumber from Syracuse Plumbing showed up late. After looking briefly at the bathtub area, he told us that in addition to water leaking from pipes below the bathtub, water had leaked behind the tiles because of improper caulking and that we would likely need to re-tile the entire area. He told us that he could recommend the name of a tiling person for us. Before attempting to fix the leaking pipe, he demanded up front payment. When I told him that the contract with the warranty company states that he would be reimbursed by them, the plumber grew confrontational. When he refused to call the warranty company to confirm payment by them and instead acted aggressively, I had him immediately leave the house. It was quite unbelievable how rude and abrasive he was. The warranty company was profusely apologetic and they have since honored our request to never dispatch Syracuse Plumbing to our home. In addition, the plumbers who did the subsequent repairs confirmed for us that there was no need to re-tile the bathroom.
