+ -1 moreThey are very professional. They don't do things without asking. They let you know all of the choices that are available. They will move the furniture. They guys that I had here were very comfortable to be around. I felt like I could leave one upstairs and come downstairs with the other one. It was a very good experience. They did a fantastic job. They called and then came earlier than they said that they were going to be here.
Description of Work: We have our carpet cleaning done by Stanley Steemer. They cleaned the carpet in three rooms and a hallway.

+ -1 moreThey did a good job. They were efficient, they moved thought the rooms not to fast but not too slow either. I liked the fact they put plastic or styrofoam under the legs of our furniture so it wouldn't get wet or damp. We did take advantage of a special they were having so it would have cost more.

Description of Work: I had Stanley Steemer clean all my carpets once a year for three years ending in 2008. They were prompt, and did a good job but their price was way too much. I have a small house and my carpets had no visible dirt or stains and they spent a little over an hour here the first time, an hour the second time and forty five minutes the third time. They told me about other customers who had filthy carpets and all the time they would spend at their houses and I felt that I was the house that helped them bring in the bucks for all their trouble with the other jobs. They never see the job when they give an estimate and base it on how many rooms and how big. I told them after the last job that I was not happy with the price and they said they would have the owner call me but never did. Last year, 2009, they called me and asked if I was going to have them clean my carpets again and I told them no that I wasn't happy with the price and again they said they would have the owner call me but I never heard a word.

+ -1 moreThe team of two guys came into the house at the exact appointment time. They used their equipment to clean one large couch and a large chair. The pillows got done too. The couch and pillows needed a couple of hours to dry afterwards, but it wasn't a problem. Afterwards, everything smelled great and looked even better.
Description of Work: They were great! My son really made a mess of our couch and love seat with yogurt stains and dirty handprints all over the furniture. These guys were professional, came in to my house, and cleaned our furniture in no time. We were so thrilled with their work! I highly recommend them.
