Tile was installed crooked and uneven. Promised to come back and fix it ...three or four times. Did not show. Estimated costs to remove and repair is now 1500-2000 and that does not include the cost of the marble stone and other materials needed to repair. He was paid for all of his services and promised to make repairs. He was not responsive to our calls neither to the calls of our main contractor.
Description of Work: install backsplash (he was subcontracted to install the tile backsplash and foyer flooring - all cost for the materials were over and above the cost of his service and not included in the approximate cost of service)

The process went smoothly. Jeff had to postpone my job by two days to complete work on another job when the builder made changes. He was prompt and efficient when he did the work and cleaned up throughout the process.
Description of Work: Jeff installed the tile for my bathroom floor. He suggested the layout and completed the job in the time frame he estimated for the price he quoted. He paid attention to detail and cared about the quality and outcome of the work.
