Description of Work: I contacted them and they said someone would be there in two hours,called three hours later and informed that they would be there Within the hour...after one hour called and said traffic held them up said would be there soon. It a three minute drive from where they were. Called an hour later was told need to reschedule to the next day. Called next day when they didn't show up for the appointed time and was told they actually had it own. their calendar for two days later. I expressed frustration so she sent someone right over. He came looked at situation and said he needed to go get help would return between 3 and 3:30. I called at 4 and was informed would have to. Postpone until the next day. I cancelled service!

Description of Work: Cleared major sewer branch line. Took longer than tech expected but stayed with it to completion.

Description of Work: I called them at 8 am with an issue with a slow drain in the bathtub and the sink backing up into the tub. They came right out - by 10 am the same morning, and snaked the sink resolving the problem. It was a little pricey, but their prompt response made it worth it.

Description of Work: They unclogged the sewer line from the house to the street. It had backed up and overflowed into the house. Sticks and other debris were removed through the vent line in the front yard. It was mothers day and it took 6 hours or so to get somebody out, but once he came, the service was quick and efficient.

Description of Work: Bauer (the local Roto Rooter affiliate) came to put a drain line into a second floor bathroom that had not been used in a long time. The house was vacant at the time. When I finally made it back to inspect the property I found that nothing had been fixed. I called Bauer and they told me that the technician had to leave early and was going to go back the next day. I later received an invoice from them for $500 more than the estimate. When I called they told me that I needed to pay that amount before they would come finish the work. When I mentioned that I never approved additional work (and that they never finished the job they said they were going to) they told me that they let themselves into the house to work on it. I would never use them again.
