+ -1 moreThe gutters were installed on a single day, as expected. They appeared to be installed correctly and satisfactorily, so I paid the bill in full. On the first rain storm, I discovered that one of the gutters kept dripping out the font end. I made repeated calls, over the next six months to the contractor to find out what he could do to remedy the situation. No one was there to answer the phone, and my phone messages went unanswered. Finally, On August 6, 2009, I got through to the owner. He said he would come the following week to adjust the gutters. He did not follow up on his promise.
Description of Work: "RightWay" Seamless Gutter Co. installed three sets of gutters on my house in Syracuse. Despite the name, one of the gutters was installed the wrong way. I discovered that the gutter was pitched the wrong way, so that the water collected at the far end, rather than towards the downspout.
