HORRIBLE! I WORKED IN SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR OVER 40 YEARS WITH LOTS OF VERY LARGE CUSTOMERS [ MILLIONS OF DOLLARS] I WOULDN'T HAVE LASTED A WEEK HERE!
Description of Work: ESTIMATED A JOB THAT SHOULD HAVE COST AROUND $120.00--- I WAS GIVEN A CHOICE OF 1. $29.95 A MONTH FOR LIFE TO COVER UP TO 7 DEVICES, OR $170.00 LABOR TO FIX MY LAPTOP REGARDLESS OF HOW LONG IT TOOK!!!!!!!! THIS IS THE POOREST EXCUSE FOR SERVICE THAT I HAVE SEEN IN QUITE SOME TIME. I COULDN'T WAIT TO GET OUT OF THERE! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR; STAY AWAY!!! I'VE USED SYRACUSE COMPUTER IN FAYETTEVILLE 4 OR 5 TIMES WITH MUCH BETTER RESULTS!

They are not courteous or respectful. I want nothing to do with them, they are awful. Stay as far away as possible from this company! They have bad intentions!
Description of Work: The company offered to sign me up for a one year contract for service. They refused to send me a copy of the contract. When they finally did send me something it didn't read like a contract. The person in charge, Stan, was very derogatory in his feelings saying he didn't owe me a contract. I dont know how to describe how terrible they are in their attitude.

What this customer fails to mention is the fact that we resolved the problem to her full satisfaction on two computers and she issued a chargeback to her credit card. We originally charged a flat rate of $128.00 and she joined for a monthly unlimited computer support subscription for two computers. The work was completed to this customer’s satisfaction and she still charged back the charge on her credit card. When we called her to ask for payment she yelled at us and refused to pay the bill.
