I met with Oscar briefly when he came by for the bid. I had met with 2 other contractors and was floored by how personable he was compared to the other two. I felt like I was annoying the other contractors when discussing the job as I wasn t 100% sure on which direction my girlfriend and I wanted to go with the layout of the new bathroom. Oscar was able to put both of our minds at ease after suggesting some layouts he had previously done. He treated the bid like he already had the job and that made both of us very confident that he would be the right one for the job. The demo process was extremely clean and fast. He gutted the entire bathroom in a day and had materials on site the following day. He helped us decide which tiles to go with which helped move the job along even quicker. The whole process took less time then we thought. We were expecting two weeks minimum and he was able to do everything we wanted in a week. This was big as we were moving in and only had one bathroom with a shower in the house. The overall appearance was marvelous. The tile work was perfect. I wasn t too sold on the tiles at first, however my girlfriend was. After seeing everything done I couldn t be happier I trusted her judgement. Oscar was very easy to communicate with during the process and flexible to make adjustments for a small additional fee, which we didn t mind paying, as his price was under our budget already. Since moving in we get compliments all the time on our bathroom. It is easily the nicest feature in our house. Our next big project will be our kitchen and I have no doubt in my mind that Rapid Renovations will be doing the job. If you re looking for someone who knows what they re doing and has experience with many different new styles and trends, choose this company for the work. It s a no brainer. Ive recommend him to all my friends and family and the ones that have hired him for their projects will tell you the same!
