He was very clean and neat. He did a good job. Pete and two other guys were doing the work. His prices were very reasonable.

Once again, Pete gave me reasonable quotes and I knew the quality of his work. He was able to come on the days that worked best for me. In February, he had a helper with him, but in March he was on his own. Both times I found him to be pleasant, hard-working, and eager to please.

He's a very nice man. He went through everything and measured everything; he was just great. I read his reviews and he got great reviews. He called me the same day that I called him and he was right on time for our meeting. He showed up on time and did an excellent job. Very professional and thorough. We are extremely pleased and will be using him again to clean and stain our deck. Highly recommended.

Contacted the painter, he committed to furnishing a quotation, we repeatedly called him and he promised to get back to us, but never did.

Pete was very prompt to give me an estimate in June. While his price was somewhat higher than another quote we received, we decided to hire Pete because he had been referred by another painter whom we know and trust, and because he could commit to our job starting the last week of July. The house and deck were power-washed on schedule, and the work commenced. Unfortunately, Pete was then called to an unexpected job for an former customer, which delayed our job by almost a week. However, I did admire that he had loyalty to this other customer. When the crew started back at our home again, we were faced with many days or part-days with rainy weather. Naturally this slowed the progress. Pete and his crew finished 8/19/11, about 2 weeks later than we had hoped, but that's how it goes with an exterior painting job. We would recommend Peter W. Hobson Painting to anyone!

The livingroom looks beautiful! Peter gave us advise on paint color and what type of paint finish would work well in our livingroom. Not a drop of paint hit the carpet. The job took 2 days, so we left Peter with a key to the house so we would not have to take time off from work. He is very professional and honest. I will use him again in the Spring to paint my kitchen and entry way.

He was in and out. He finished all my ceilings in a day. He did a good job and I would recommend him highly.
