 + 0 moreIt was reviewed at the time of the service call that the Pet Stop animal fense system was under warranty and as a result there would be no cost for the replacement of defective parts. The current owner of the company performed the 4:30pm service call directly. The owner reportedly rang a doorbell at the side door and made no attempt to use the front door or to call ahead. At 4:35pm I recognized the service truck driving to the side of the house. The entire service was completed by 4:45pm and I was charged a $49.00 "trip charge" (never previously discussed) and a $17.00 "1/4 hour labor" charge (also not previously disclosed) as well as a $5.32 NYS sales tax charge totalling $71.82. The owner's conduct and response was highly unprofessional and threatening in response to my inquiry to the explanation of the charges.
Description of Work: Replace defective control board.

 + 0 moreWe felt very comfortable with Garry and even had him install the fence while we were not home. He came by to help us with training our dog and was very informative and truly cared about our dog. When we our fence was accidentally cut, he was able to come out the very next day and fixed it on the spot.
Description of Work: Installed underground pet fence on our property that is just under an acre and helped us train our dog.
