+ -1 moreWent to pick up product and he was not available after he said he would be. Worker in store had to call owner to get an understanding of what I ordered. No help loading. Was not available to put on credit card. Had to call in over phone. I still have not received a receipt. Product left over. I called to get it returned, only to find out there is a 25% restocking fee and shipping costs. Owner stated he would contact the flooring representative to request a waiver or reduction in return cost. I have not heard a word back. Very disappointed.
