Description of Work: They took off the old roof and replaced it. Also they fixed part of the chimney..The bricks were loose and the chimney cap was loose and needed to be replaced. their add on anjies list says they do chimney work.. They charged $500.00 and only did the part of the chimney that was exposed on the roof... Mainly thats my only gripe with them. The bricks are loose on my chimney. I should them inside my attack they are loose inside as well as outside... They only did half the job as far as my chimney is concerned.. When I tried to get my husbands support when confronted, the owners response was, " well thats an easy repair and my husband basicly agreed and said okay... I was paying the bill and the chimney bricks are still loose. dont ask them to repair your chimney.

Description of Work: I purchased a 99 dollar deal for roof inspection and repair, he did nothing but tell us need new roof. So we pretty much paid for an inspection that was it. We to another company to come over and check things out and they said we need new roof to but there was not any soft spots on roof like Onondaga comp said there was , and got a 3000 lower price for new roof. Very disappointed in Onondaga comp.

Description of Work: Provider reshingled entire roof, including my garden shed (approx. 3,000 sq. ft. total) with architectural shingles. They replaced 10 sheets of plywood that had rotted and installed new metal drip edge and synthetic underlayment. They installed 6 feet of ice shield and installed new pipe collars on all vent pipes. Installation included new omni vent shingle ventilation (ridge vent). Provider cleaned up at the end of both days and removed all debris. A magnetic roller was used to recover any nails on the property. While working on the roof they inadvertently damaged one of the gutters and, at no additional cost to me, Matt had a brand new gutter installed the next day. All workers on the job were efficient and courteous. I would definitely recommend Onondaga County Construction for any roofing job,

Description of Work: Cleared ice from roof for my parents. I live out of town and was worried about the ice and and snow buildup. I contacted Matt and he showed up the same day as contacted. I was very pleased with his responsiveness and price.

Description of Work: Matt was very professional and prompt, with a great price. Turns out we had a relative who needed work, otherwise we would have used him. Will definitely use OCC in the future!

Description of Work: I was very happy Matt and his assistant could come over so quickly. They looked over the situation, gave me a quote, and got right to work. They cleared ice dams on both sides of my house, and the leaks have subsided. I plan to give them a call soon (if it ever stops snowing!) to arrange for them to do some work on the roof. Description of Work: He did a good job patching the roof and replacing shingles. He was very prompt replying to all emails but either no showed or had to reschedule work dates due to family commitments. He also rep; aced sheetrock in a small area and never finished it, no sanding or priming/painting. Also, he made a mess replacing small ceiling area and didn't clean it up.

Description of Work: after we purchased the roof inspection , we had our flat roof fixed and recoated. He did good work. The only problem we had was getting the second stage of the roof done. Between rainy weather, our vacation and it being a very busy time for him, the completion of the project dragged on for extra 2-3 weeks. We will use his services again.
