Nick Torio Complete Rug Service

2018-Dec-07 I called the phone number and a female answered the phone and said "Torios" - I said I saw their listing on Angie's List and I was interested in getting a quote for carpeting in a home I was going to be buying, the woman then cut me off and said "We're not interested!" and hung up. Thinking I had the wrong number, I called again and went straight to voicemail. Not sure if they are even in business, but if they are that exceptionally rude to potential customers I will call someone else.

The carpets Nick worked on look brand new. Nick and his wife are very good at what they do. We've used his services a couple of times and we are always very please with his work. It amazing the difference a good stretching makes.

Nick did a wonderful job stretching our carpets. The difference afterwards was amazing, the carpets looked like new. Him and his wife really took the time to make sure the job was done correctly. Also, he is such a nice person and was so accommodating for us. We had a small window for him to do the carpets and he made it work.

I like everything about the company. He was reputable. He was polite. He did a good work. I recommended them to a friend. She used and liked them as well.

Nick did a great job. He gave me an estimate on the phone, scheduled the service within a week of the call,showed up on time, did the work and the carpets look good. They came out better than I expected. Some stains were pretty old and dark. Most of them were totally gone. A few of the really bad ones are still visible, but much better than before, and considering how bad and old they were, its still a huge improvement. His price was excellent, almost half of the online estimate I got from Stanley Steemer.
