Description of Work: I am very pleased with the service I have received from Michael Shane Construction so far. I would highly recommend him and I plan to use him as a contractor for my household needs in the future. He is knowledgable in many areas of home improvement. Our home was in need of some small varoius tasks that he was able to quickly repair. Our main bath needed some tile repair and he was able to do that in a timely fashion. We are very pleased!

+ 2 moreOnce again-easy to work with-got along with the dogs, me, my partner. Diagnosed the problems he found, took photos, (before and after), showed me the damage that had occurred from the squirrels' nesting in a blind spot behind the chimney-the crack the earthquake caused in the chimney...one and a half days was all it took.. We had one hurricane and one tropical storm pass over us right after the work was completed-not a single drop of water fell inside the house... Yes I am going to use him again-I have another portion of the roof damaged by ice and snow and it's a little more than I would normally care to spend, but I know that he will probably throw in extras if needed...
Description of Work: We had an internal ceiling collapse due to water leaking from around the chimney and from the roof-the toilet also contributed with a leaky intake valve-but that's another story... Shane was referred to me by a close friend and neighbor. He examined the roof, chimney and seals around both and found problems.actually diagnosed where the water was coming in, in addition to the bathroom above. .....so he waterproofed the chimney with a very good sealant-repaired cracks in it and sealed the roof, removed moss and mold and vegetation-really made us watertight again. Did so much more than was actually written out on the contract-I really got my moneys' worth.
