100% satisfied! Michael and his company are very professional, reasonable and fair priced, one day installs (tear off job) with the hardest working crew we have ever seen. By the end of the day the roof looked amazing and clean-up was meticulous! Highly recommended

They left a mess in our yard. Stripped off roof and threw debri on ground, not on a tarp or into their truck. Crew could not speak English, they made it impossible for us to leave our home. Left garbage and nails everywhere and our porch and steps and grounds were covered in roofing dust and nails and wood and roofing tile. We are disabled and had to walk our dogs to the other end of property by carrying them just to take them for a bathroom break. They were rude and unprofessional. When they were done I found bands that held cash in my yard. We had so many plugs in our tires from nails that we had to get new tires. I am calling the BBB and IRS on them. Our landlord did not care when I told him.

So glad we went with Michael Graham! They were so hardworking, professional and polite. We have an intricate roof with returns, birdwalks etc. on what is basically a 3 story home and every part of it looks amazing. They add so many special touches such as copper flashing on the chimney and covering any metal flashing around the roof. Mike and his salesman Tony were always available for any questions and the team left the grounds clean and neat. Additionally, Mike's wife works in the office and was very quick to return calls, help with scheduling and any questions. Great company !

The crew was punctual, fast, cordial, professional, and kept me updated when questions arose. They removed my old roof, removed two skylights, lowered my old unused chimney below the roof surface, and installed additional plywood to reinforce my roof to support solar panels, all in ONE day. Arrived between 7-730 am and they were done, cleaned up, and were out of here by 5 pm. Very impressed and satisfied with the work they performed. Would do business again and recommend them to friends.

We chose Michael C. Graham & Son Construction after visits from several roofing companies. The overall experience was excellent start to finish. Owner Michael personally surveyed the job taking time to answer all of my questions and promptly delivering estimate. The Office Manager was very helpful and responsive to all of our questions and kept us apprised of the date that work would begin (due to rainy weather). Michael and the team arrived punctually each day, ready to go to work while being polite and friendly throughout. Michael was on site each day giving direction while participating with his team (although all of his workers knew their roles and responsibilities well). The team was very organized, efficient and hardworking while focused on doing the job right for us. Everyone was respectful of our buildings and property (including the thorough protection of the siding/windows with plywood and drop cloths over the landscaping). We appreciated the care that was taken each day to clean up before leaving (including organizing tools/equipment. securing supplies and especially the numerous nail sweeps and yard inspections). Michael came out to provide a free quote and provided an excellent price for all of the work involved. We have an addition to the house with a low slope roof that was damaged. It was originally repaired by another company who did very poor and shoddy work. Michael and his crew came out, ripped off the entire roof and replaced the decking where necessary. They installed a new roll on roof using a torch for better adhesion. Michael was nice enough to fit us in his busy schedule in time before heavy rain and snow hit our house this fall/winter. The job was done quickly, efficiently, and top quality workmanship. The seamless gutters were installed in a matter of hours with the covers, also completed with top quality work. Definitely would hire again.

Did a great job on the roof, and took care of a number of relates repairs to eliminate possible leaks. Great job. We shopped it to the top roofers and he offered the best value and went beyond the other in certain features. Crew was very respectful and did a great job cleaning up. He was on time every time.

They were very good at what they did. They tore the roof down and replaced two of the boards that were rotted and completed the work in one day. They were respectful and cleaned up after themselves very well. They picked up nails around the yard.

From my initial request for an estimate until the day my roof was completed, I was extremely pleased with this company. Michael and his office manager are very professional. Customer service is excellent! All of my emails were answered promptly. In just a few days I had an estimate. My roof replacement was scheduled for 6 weeks later. Weather did cause a delay but by only one week. Michael and his work crew are very organized and hardworking. They completed my roof in one day. They did a good job protecting my property and cleaning up after. I would not hesitate to hire this company again.

They arrived on time and were extremely efficient. The project took less time than I thought it would, especially with the siding issue they uncovered once the old flashing had been removed (home was built in 1915 so the siding is over 100 years old). The worksite was spotless when they left and the work was professionally done. Work was completed in about four hours. After the construction crews left, I received a follow-up visit from one of their field staff to make sure that we were satisfied with the work. They were easy to work with from start to finish.

We contacted three companies for estimates to replace our roof. Because we supplied the materials, the quotes we received were for labor and refuse removal only. The contractor with the low estimate was recommended to us as being reliable and doing good work. The job was to be done in the Fall of 2016. After many delays and unreturned calls stretching into the Spring of 2017, they finally told us they couldn’t do the work. Enter Michael Graham Construction. Some takeaways…… 1. Arrived on the date and at the time promised 6 weeks earlier. 2. The crew of 10 went about their work tirelessly and professionally even though this was a particularly hot stretch of weather in August. The project was completed in five 10-11 hr days. 3. Mike Graham, the owner, not only was there every day to supervise, but also worked alongside his crew. I’m sure this made a very positive impression on the team. 4. The siding of the house was protected with plywood during the removal process. 5. Some of our sun tunnels were accidently damaged. These were subsequently repaired to “like new” condition (they also install the same brand of sun tunnel). 6. At the end of each day, the crew made sure that their work was what they called “dried in” in case of overnight rain. 7. They expertly removed and reinstalled our weather station and satellite dish and resurfaced the tops of 2 chimney chases (not part of the original discussion). 8. At the end of the job, clean-up was very thorough. Gutters were hand cleaned, small pieces of debris were collected and a thorough magnetic sweep was made for nails. 9. The A+ Angie’s List and A+ Better Business Bureau ratings are well deserved. 10. Michael Graham Construction may not be your least expensive option, but you can count on quality work, performed by a professional team, starting and completing on time as promised. Please consider them for your next home improvement project.

The crew arrived on time, ready to work. I was apprised of the work that they were going to do that day. The crew worked all day. They were efficient and professional. They were not intrusive. The crew leader "Mike" answered all questions completely and politely. The crew went to great lengths to protect the rest of the house, gardens, driveway, decks, yard while working on the roof. The design of the new chimney chase was left to the contractor and it turned out great. The finished product is aesthetically pleasing and covered in vinyl siding. What was formerly an eye-sore, now enhances the look of our home. The chase took longer to complete than the roof, so two workers stayed on site until it was finished. Before leaving the site, the crew picked up all refuse/waste and meticulously removed stray nails, etc from the entire job site. The gutters were removed this day, but were not replaced for a couple of days, as we'd agreed upon. After the new gutters were hung, we had a concern that was dealt with immediately, and to our satisfaction. Michael Graham and Son Construction will be our contractor of choice for any future work.

Very well. On time arrival,worked hard, didn't need close supervision, and cleaned up very well. Only breaks were for lunch, and short ones for hydration. I would definitely hire Michael C. Graham again, and have already recommended him to several people.
