 + -1 moreToday (9/27), one hour before I was scheduled to meet with the Merry Maids employee to get the price estimate (almost a full week after our inital conversation and three days before my scheduled move), the woman from the Merry Maids called and left me a voicemail telling me that they cannot clean for me on September 30th after all. She did offer to clean on October 1st, but that is of no help to me, as I will no longer have any access to the apartment and my landlord's new tenant will be moving in on that date. (I had explained during my initial phone call that I had to schedule the cleaning for the 30th and no other dates would work.) Now I have to scramble to find another cleaning service to clean three days from now. I find this quite unprofessional. (I selected "D" in my rating for professionalism rather than "F" since they did call me to cancel rather than simply not show up.) I have no intention of calling the Merry Maids again.
Description of Work: I called on September 21st and scheduled the Merry Maids to clean my apartment for me on September 30th, when I was scheduled to move out. The woman I spoke with said that the Merry Maids needed to send an employee over to see my apartment and give a price estimate. She said that the following Tuesday was the earliest she could send someone over (we spoke on a Wednesday) but she assured me that I was all set as far as my scheduled date for the cleaning on the 30th. We had a detailed phone conversation, in which she asked whether my belongings would be out of the apartment (yes) and whether I wanted additional cleaning services such as cleaning out the oven and the refrigerator (also yes).

Description of Work: Cleaned 4 bdrm home. Went well. Only question I have is whether they knew they severed my son's video game wire with the vacuum. We discovered the wire cut in half a couple of days after the cleaning, and they were the only people in the room. Perhaps they were not aware, but still disappointed that it happened because it took a couple of days to get a replacement and I needed it asap. Otherwise, they were good at cleaning and the supervisor was good about coming in and making sure all was done well. This was a last-minute cleaning that they were able to accommodate and I appreciated that very much.

 + -1 moreThey are great. They do an excellent job. I'm very pleased so far. Two people came and it takes them a couple hours to complete the job. I would say they do a great job, no issues at all. The prices are great compared to others. They come out every other Thursday to do the service.

 + -1 moreI have them come on a regular basis. Office Manager is always cooperative and willing to adjust to my schedule. Maids are all pleasant - personality wise - some are better cleaners than others. They usually all get to work and get the job done. They also ask if you want special products used or special attention to certain areas.
