were very prompt courteous and think i got more than my monies worth from this company..A+++ would recommend to friends and family..VERY HAPPY WITH THEM!!

They were very professional and thorough. They were on time.

We have been using them for years and we are very happy with them. My husband used them before we got married and when we needed a new air system that's who we called. They are here when they say they are going to be here and they call when the guys are on the way to double check. They work around your schedule, they do the job, they don't give you any crap, and they'll explain what they are doing. This last time the guy came out with a young man who was learning the trade and he was doing a really good training job. You could hear little bits of customer service in there and I was impressed.

Never showed up for scheduled appointment, never returned messages and phone calls. I was unable to talk with anyone after scheduling work and waiting around all day for someone to show up.

I haven’t reviewed them yet because I’m also going to have my air conditioning unit done too so I thought I was going to wait until everything was done.

I thought at the time I was getting a good deal and they were great. I later found out they were not as good as I thought they were. I had trouble from day one with the furnace. They would come and service it and it would not do the problem when they were here. Finally it seemed fixed and I was pleased. After only 7 years the motor broke. They charged me $700 for a new motor and it has worked fine since. I assume it was a bad motor to begin with. I felt like I got the shaft and I would not use them again.

I don't like the fact that they charge $90 just to walk in the door to give you an estimate to see if you need a new furnace so I chose not to use them. They are going to bill you just to come in the door. I asked if the $90 would come off the bill if I purchased a new efficiency heater and they said no.

It was excellent.
