Martin's Glass & Mirror

this company said it would cost $450 to $ 500 to replace a broken glass on my Moms back door .A new door wold cost half that installed . This Company is way too expensive

Everything went very well. Martin and Shane arrived on time, took out a foggy window, brought it back to the shop. Two hours later they were back with a new window installed it and left. They were friendly, professional and fast! A+++

After a dead tree limb crashed through the storm and regular window of our older home, we needed a good and timely repair. Called Martin on a Friday afternoon and he and a helper were there Monday morning. We were very satisfied with the work done and his professionalism.

I actually called Martin's Glass by mistake thinking I had called a national chain store and left a message. I instead of waiting for someone to call back, I decided to drive over to the store that I thought I had called hoping I would get my questions answered and while I was waiting for service, Martin called me back. He thought he would be able to do my window faster. Sure enough, the chain store was going to take 2 weeks. That would mean I would have a board up bedroom window for two weeks. Martin said he could do it by the next day, which he did. He also fixed the locks on the side of the window so it wouldn't fall out and break again. I always prefer to hire a local family business than a chain for all the reasons I am glad I called Martin. Better, personal service, commitment to the community, family pride in service and workmanship.

I had 3 pieces of double pane window glass that had lost their seal, and my wifes piano had a mirror on the front of it that had been broken before we ever met. I called on a monday and asked if he could get the mirror installed before mothers day. He stopped over and took the measurements on the windows and the mirror. then return on friday with the piano mirror and installed it, My wife had been talking about getting the mirror fixed for 15 years and her mother had used the same piano when she was a child. When her mom saw it after it was replaced, she started reminiscing about looking in to the mirror when she played as young girl.This made my wife very happy. She said it was one of the best mothers day presents ever! and I kinda killed two birds with one stone. Martin said he would have to make the window glass and would be back in a couple weeks. I never called again and true to his word he came back and installed the new double pane windows that he had manufactured himself. This was so much easier then replacing the whole window frame. Professional , quality work, done quickly! ! , PS My biggest pet peeve is when people say they will be there, then don't show up and you have to call! Its always nice to see a company that believes in customer service.

It went well. He was very quick and he was local. It was a custom window to begin with and he was able to do it onsite. He did exactly what I wanted for a reasonable price.

He was the only person who came out to measure my dining table before cutting the glass . The other companies I called told me to measure it myself . I have an oval table so I appreciated that he made the trip out to make sure the glass was a good fit . Price was reasonable and the glass came out well and was delivered to me very fast .

They were very professional. Did exactly what was needed and in a very timely manner. Very good price and they took it out from the inside. If it had been a replacement window unit, it would have had to be removed from the outside along with some siding. This saved a lot of money, and the window is no longer foggy from a broken seal.

Martin came out the same day I called and provided me a quote on the same day. Once I confirmed he was there witching 2 days with the glass he cut for the top of the dressers. He was timely and very professional. I would use his services again and recommend him to anyone who needs assistance with glass or mirrors.

He was the only person that came out to measure. The other people I spoke with wanted me to measure the table and give them the measurements. The turn over rate was only 1 day.
