This review was written by a family member. I contacted him about a flat roof repair. He quickly got back to me and set up a time to view the roof so he could give me an estimate. He also quickly e-mailed me to let me know the roof is in very bad shape and it needs a new roof. And he let me know his company is too small for such a large job.

He promptly sent an estimate & contract. Did not want payment until after job was completed. Was prompt when coming for work- very pleasant & personable person. Explained clearly what job entailed - very professional. Not sure if price was reasonable or not. Gave me 2 references who were pleased.

Richard came out to give us an estimate on sealing up 2 roof vents and putting in 2 new ones, pouring a new foundation for a porch column, replacing some floor and facia boards on porch and replacing the side porch ceiling. He was cordial enough and did take time to explain how he would fix the roof vents and footing for porch and told my adult daughter that I should be near the phone with pen and paper as he would try to call that night with estimate. It has been one week and we have never heard from him. Not even a courtesy call to let us know he doesn't want the job for whatever reason...maybe it's not big enough ...we'll never know. I would never use a company that treats potential customers in such a disrespectful manner. He wasted his time and ours.
