Description of Work: So many problems we are stuck with because of the poor workmanship - pavers aren't properly graded, retaining wall coming apart (only 3 yrs old), never came back to seal pavers even though we paid for it (had to get a quote for court - 3k), paver steps have settled so much they have major issues, waterfall by our pool leaks, the list goes on, sue and won 5k in small claims court, never got our $. Stay far away from Matt Bain and Landscape Solutions!!

Description of Work: Landscape solutions did all of the snow plowing for our property management company. Matt did a good job with the plowing and was fairly consistent when it snowed. We had 2 problems with Matt. The first was that we accidently paid him for 2 properties that did not have driveways. Matt said that he assessed the driveways for all of the properties that we gave to him and he determined a price for each. We are not sure how he determined the price for the 2 properties that did not have driveways. After notifying him approximately 2 weeks after our seasonal payment in November, he told us we would refund the money. After several requests he insisted he would refund the money, but he never did. Also, he damaged a house when he ran into it with his plow. Again, he said that he would reimburse us, but never did. In total, he owes us $1,000 that we were never able to collect from him. We no longer use his services.
